I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher and Health Coach based in West Los Angeles with 15+ years of experience in helping people become strongest and sharpest they've ever felt.
I am a former competitive powerlifter (PRs: bench - 181.8, squat - 281.1, deadlift - 330.7).
What lifting weights teaches you the most - absolutely everything is possible if you put in work! What lifting also teaches you - you need to do it in a smart and safe way! Having to overcome sport injuries of my own, my main goal is to give my clients results safely!
Pilates came into my life about 5 years ago and became one of my favorite tools to create that base that lifting weights needs.
Working on control, precision, joint health and awareness of how your body moves in space can also be a practice on its own.
I believe that combining both gives you a well-rounded routine that both body and mind appreciate. And that tailored routine helps you move through life with strength and flow that are both essential parts of building resilience.
I will help you create a simple, efficient and often counterintuitive routine that will make your body strong, give you more energy and will help you keep your body resilient through the years.
